Fish Cutlet


I have always been a fan of cutlet in my life.,

I made some of my favourite Fish cutlet.,

Hope u all try and enjoy the dish.,


Ingredients.,

Frozen tilapia fish fillets - 5 nos

Potato boiled and mashed - 2 med size

Onion -finely chopped.,

Green chilli -1 no

Chilli powder - 1 tspn

garam masal powder - 1/2 tspn

Egg - 2 nos

store bought bread crumbs - 5 tbspns

Jeera -1/2 tspn

Salt to taste

Oil -for sauteeing and shallow frying


Method.,


Thaw up the fish fillets and cook them in pressure cooker for just one whistle.

Boil and mash the potatoes and keep aside.,

In a mixing bowl mix the fish and potatoes using hands, add salt as per your taste.

In a pan add oil., fry jeera seeds,onions,green chilli and add all the powders.,

Add the above sauteed mixture to the Fish mix and mix them evenly.,


In a bowl break the 2 Eggs and little salt and pepper to it and mix it using a beater.,

Ina plate spread the bread crumbs evenly.


Make Small balls of the fish mixture and pat it evenly ,Dip it in the eggs and finally cover it with a good coating of bread crumbs and shallow fry it in oil.,


Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and Garam chai..,
